A very brief visit this morning to Leechpool and Owlbeech Woods by Stuart, Jake and I was looking rather uneventful in the very cold weather but eventually caught just four birds! A retrap Wren from our last visit here, a retrap Robin which was ringed on our first visit in December 2008 and the highlight being 2 Firecrest both of which were first year males (above).Birds ringed:
