A quick knock on the neighbours door for permission and on inspection the three chicks were of perfect size for ringing (below). Hopefully, I will manage to find a lot more nests this year!

31st March 2010 - First Pulli of the Year
After seeing a pair of Blackbird collecting food from under my feeders (even to the extent of breaking the peanuts up into small pieces before taking them off) and in the lawn at home this week, I finally tracked down the nest to the top of the Lleylandii hedge two gardens over.
A quick knock on the neighbours door for permission and on inspection the three chicks were of perfect size for ringing (below). Hopefully, I will manage to find a lot more nests this year!
